The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Auditing Service in Ukraine" (re the Improvement of ceratin Principles)

The Bill (Reg.№3662) envisages the stating that the audit conducting is the obligatory for eminent of the securities and derivatives as well as for all the persons during the license obtaining for the activity of the securities market.
